This machine has a single boiler, allowing you to control when the boiler reaches steam temperature. With the E61 brewing unit, you can operate the lever and start your espresso shot whenever you're ready.

The vibration pump gently brings the water into contact with the coffee grounds. You can adjust the water temperature to the nearest degree with the PID. After the boiler heats up, the cold-touch steam wand froths milk into a soft foam.

ECM has designed its own E61 brewing unit style. While most brands use a cylindrical brewing unit, ECM's is subtly tapered. The brewing unit also features a distinctive "mushroom" design and a minimalist outlet. The combination of durable brass, stainless steel components, and a high-quality finish in Germany contributes to optimal stability and a long lifespan.

Despite its compact size, the ECM Classika II PID is a truly robust machine with a stainless steel housing. The rotary valve on the steam wand completes the package. As an added bonus, it comes standard with a tamper, filter holder, and filter baskets.
