Labor costs: €25 per 15 minutes (incl. VAT)
At FREKKO, you can find maintenance, repairs, and precision work on your espresso machine or coffee grinder. We specialize in ECM, Profitec, AVX, La Marzocco, Ascaso, Quick Mill and Gaggia components and work exclusively with original or equivalent parts.
Espresso Machines
Full maintenance service
During a maintenance service, the machine is thoroughly inspected, descaled, and cleaned. We check pressure and temperature, and replace seals or other wear parts where necessary.
Price indication: €125–€195 , depending on the type of machine.
Descaling
Descaling the boiler and pipes prevents limescale buildup and extends the life of your machine.
Price indication: €75–€150 , depending on the type of boiler (single, double or thermoblock).
E61 brewing unit cleaning
The brewing unit is completely disassembled, cleaned, re-greased and adjusted.
Price indication: €60–€100 .
E61 brewing unit parts replacement
We replace springs, seals and O-rings where necessary.
Price indication: €25–€80 , depending on the parts (labour not included).
Gaggia Classic 9 bar installation
Installation of a 9 bar OPV spring for optimal extraction pressure.
Fixed price: €35,- .
Diagnosis or minor repairs
For troubleshooting or minor repairs, we charge €25 per 15 minutes , excluding parts.
COFFEE GRINDERS
Complete cleaning
The grinder is completely disassembled, cleaned internally and re-adjusted.
Price indication: €40–€80 .
Replacing burrs
We remove the old set and install new burrs, including adjustment.
Price indication: €60–€120 , excluding parts.
Aligning burrs
Precision work to align the burrs perfectly for an even grind.
Fixed price: €35,- .
Diagnosis or inspection
Check for wear, noise, play and general condition of the reel.
Rate: €45 per hour (minimum half an hour).
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Warranty
All work performed carries a 3-month warranty on labor and parts.
Lead time
On average 5-10 working days, depending on how busy we are.
Submit
Clean, without accessories or filter holders.
Loan device
During the repair you can use a loaner machine for €2 per day (while supplies last).
Price quote
After inspection, you will always receive a clear price quote, so you know exactly what to expect.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
We assess each situation individually, but the basic rule is simple: if a fault arises suddenly due to a manufacturing or material defect, it is covered by the warranty. If the fault is caused by your own actions, overdue maintenance or normal wear and tear, then unfortunately it is not.
SENDING IN A PRODUCT FOR SERVICE
1. Register your service return: Have you read and agreed to our service information? Click the button below to register your service or repair return.
2. Pack it carefully: Pack the product (preferably in the original FREKKO shipping box). Tip: Always take a photo of the product and packaging before closing the box, just to be safe. We are unfortunately not responsible for transport damage.
3. Ship the package: Drop off your package at a service point within 14 days of your registration (or schedule a pickup service).
