Good to know: 64mm is the standard burr size in the hospitality industry, so this grinder is a cut above the rest.
The powerful brushless motor ensures a precise grind and is also incredibly fast; your coffee is ground before you know it. The infinitely variable adjustment gives you complete control over the grind size.
The DF grinders are designed for single-dose grinding, including this DF83V. Single-dose is a method where you add a pre-measured amount of coffee to the grinder. This reduces coffee waste and allows you to quickly switch between grind sizes and coffee blends. This is the most popular method of grinding coffee because there's so much to discover in the world of coffee.
