Looking for an espresso machine that perfectly complements your retro style? Then the Dream PID is perfect for you. This machine features a powerful thermoblock coupled with a PID, ensuring the temperature of your coffee and steam stays within 1.5°C. Ascaso uses a 58mm brewing unit, so all E61 filter holders fit. This makes finding or keeping accessories much easier.

The vibration pump works while you're making coffee or frothing milk. It provides constant pressure, exactly as Ascaso's designers intended.

What truly sets this machine apart are the programmable buttons with volumetric controls. While most home espresso machines dose based on time, the Dream PID uses a flow meter to precisely measure the water volume. This technology, typically found in professional commercial machines, ensures much greater consistency. This means you get the exact same amount of coffee every time, without any guesswork.

The build quality is also excellent: the signature Dream design has been around for over 25 years, and to this day, Ascaso continues to use high-quality materials to ensure this machine has a long lifespan. For example, a stainless steel hose for the thermoblock. The aesthetics have also been carefully considered, with features like the steam valve and filter holder made of wood. An added bonus: you get a complete Ascaso package as standard, including: filter holder, tamper, filter baskets, and more.

With the single-hole cold-touch steam wand, you can steam milk into super-soft froth. However, be aware that espresso machines with a steam thermoblock are less powerful than a traditional steam boiler. You'll need a little more patience when frothing, but the end result is certainly no less impressive.
